How to use

• Make sure when you are ready to go to sleep you avoid distractions and stop the use of electronic devices for the day
• Spray 1 or 2 pumps of Sleep pillow mist at least 30cm away from your pillow so you create an even coverage over the entire surface. Alternatively, you can spray your blanket, or even pyjamas (prior to wearing). Just make sure you mist an area near where your head will be to get the full aromatherapy benefits
• Spray a few minutes prior to going to sleep
• Jump into bed and feel the stresses of the day melt away and prepare for a relaxing night sleep

When beginning your new healthy deep sleep routine, consider some simple breathing techniques to help you on your journey

1. Once in bed, lay flat on your back take a long, deep inhale
2. Exhale fully while focusing intently on your body and how it feels
3. After doing this a few times, slow down your exhale so that it’s twice as long as your inhale

Usage

• Spray into the air, immediately above the area you need it. This will ensure the mist covers an area where you will receive maximum aromatherapy benefits
• Spray at least 30cm away from surfaces, especially around fabrics and furniture. While our aromatherapy mists are all natural and safe on almost any surface, if you spray constantly in a concentrated area the oils could build-up and lead to staining or slip hazards
• 1–2 pumps is generally enough to get the full aromatherapy benefits
• Store at room temperature
