Shipping

We have proudly partnered with Sendle (Courier) and Austalia Post (Express Post) as our delivery partners. So you can be confident your order will arrive faster than most other services. We will determine the best shipping service based on your order and location. Once shipped, you will recieve an email with full tracking information.

Our preference is to use Sendle where possible — Australia’s first 100% carbon-neutral delivery service. You get all the benefits of a fast courier service, with the feel-good knowledge that you are also looking after the planet.

Sendle specialise in door-to-door delivery, so they need a physical street address for delivery. If you are not going to be home, consider using your work address for delivery!

Shipping rates vary based on your order weight and size. Final shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Free delivery for orders over $99
  • Free local delivery for post codes 3027, 3028, 3029 and 3030
  • $9.99 for small orders
  • $13.99 for medium-sized orders
  • $15.99 for large/bulky orders

The table above provides a guide for delivery. It does not account for public holidays. Our current averages for delivery are:

  • Victorian Metro: 1.5 days
  • All other Metro: 3 days
  • Regional & Rural: 3.5 days

Sendle, our preferred delivery partner, is a courier service. Sendle specialises in door-to-door delivery, so they need a physical street address for delivery. If you specifically want an Australia Post-owned properties (this includes post offices, PO boxes, locked bags, parcel lockers or parcel collect locations) we will send your order with Australia Post, but only via their Standard Post service (ie. NOT Express Post).

First, don't stress! We want your expereince with us to be a positive one. So we will do our best to sort out a reasonable solution!

We do everything we can to package and protect your order to ensure it arrives in optimal condition. However if something goes wrong, here is what you can do:

No, unfortunately we are not able to do split shipments. If you would like to ship to more than one address, you will need to create separate orders.

Unfortunately, we do not have a pick-up service at this time.
