How to use

• When feelings of anxiety occur, find an area where you can relax and take in our Anxiety Relief mist. As little as 10-15 minutes can be enough to get real aromatherapy benefits
• Spray 1 to 3 pumps of Anxiety Relief aromatherapy mist into the air, directly above the area where you will be relaxing (and at least 30cm away from surfaces)
• We recommend doing something to take you mind off things. Talk to a friend, listen to music, read, or simply close your eyes and repeat positive affirmations to yourself, allowing the aromatherapy to quietly go to work. Once the feelings of anxiety subside, you can take a deep breath and tackle life from a newfound, refreshed and positive perspective
• Tip: If you know you are going into a high stress situation where high anxiety is likely to occur, you can spray the mist on a shirt/top that you will be wearing to help you get through

Avoid

Usage

• Spray into the air, immediately above the area you need it. This will ensure the mist covers an area where you will receive maximum aromatherapy benefits
• Spray at least 30cm away from surfaces, especially around fabrics and furniture. While our aromatherapy mists are all natural and safe on almost any surface, if you spray constantly in a concentrated area the oils could build-up and lead to staining or slip hazards
• 1–2 pumps is generally enough to get the full aromatherapy benefits
• Store at room temperature
