But the benefits of wood wicks don’t end there. They heat the wax more evenly, contributing to a longer candle life with better scent throw. Wood wicks burn cleaner compared to cotton wicks with less chance of sooting or black smoke. Given the amount of water required to grow cotton, wood wicks are also the most sustainable solution.

Candle care

Each candle includes a candle care guide to help you get the maximum burn life and fragrance throw from your candle. For the first burn, leave lit for about 1.5 hours (and no more than 4 hours) to create a full wax pool to the container edge.
